Home Learning for Term 2 

This is a list of possibilities children may like to do for home learning this term. They are not compulsory. If children do any of these they can be brought to school for sharing with the others. 
The "must do" homework is given out in class sometimes each week or fortnight. Sometimes there may be other follow up activities from the class added to the must do home learning.

Home Learning Year 5/6 Term 2

• Attended the ANZAC parade on Anzac Day

• Complete the 40 hour famine

• Make your own movie at home

• Trained for the cross country in your own time

• Research an endangered animal

• Research one of the men whose name was on one of the crosses

• Research one aspect of World War 1 or World War 2

• Research the history behind the Anzac poppy

• Research Gallipoli and what happened there

• Follow the blog for a term

• Do the readings for the Greek Theatre and movie making on the blog

• Research environmental art

• Make an artwork of your own
